Data Deletion Request

Learn how to request the deletion of your account and associated data from Realty ONE Group.

How to request account deletion

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile Settings section.
Select the 'Delete Account' option at the bottom of the page.
If you cannot access your account, please send an email to support@espaciofuturo.io with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' from the email address associated with your account.

What data is deleted?

When your account is deleted, we remove all personal identification information, including your name, email, phone number, profile photo, and active property listings.

What data is retained?

We may retain certain data for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes, such as transaction records and audit logs. This data is kept for a maximum of 5 years or as required by local laws.
