ONE CR Agents is a professional real estate management platform provided for the use of authorized Realty ONE Group Costa Rica agents and their staff. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
By creating an account or using the app, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to every person who accesses the app, including agents, assistants, and other authorized staff. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The app is intended for business use by authorized Realty ONE Group Costa Rica agents and staff. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the app only for lawful, professional purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or use it to send spam or unlawful, harassing, or misleading content. You must respect the privacy of clients and colleagues whose information you handle in the app.
You are responsible for the listings, photos, videos, documents, client records, and other content you create or upload. You represent that you have the rights to that content and that it is accurate and not misleading. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely to operate the platform and provide the service to you. You remain responsible for complying with applicable real estate, advertising, and data protection laws.
The app, its software, design, trademarks, and all related content (other than content you upload) are owned by Realty ONE Group Costa Rica or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app without our prior written permission. The Realty ONE Group name and logo may only be used as authorized.
The app may send you push notifications and in-app messages related to your work, such as new chat messages, lead activity, and reminders. Notifications are optional and require your permission; you can disable them at any time in your device settings or within the app.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realty ONE Group Costa Rica and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms, if your authorization as an agent or staff member ends, or as needed to protect the platform and its users. You may stop using the app at any time and can delete your account directly within the app.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
We may modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the revision date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
